Return Policy
It is your responsibility to make sure the part sent fits the application. Unfortunately mistakes do happen. If American Classic Motors, Inc. made a mistake and sent the wrong part we will gladly get the incorrect item returned as long as it is still in the original packaging and unused. If you are simply not happy with the item that you purchased and it is not a clearance item, new parts still in the original packaging and purchased within 30 days can be returned at the buyers’ expense and once American Classic Motors, Inc. has received the item back and it has been inspected and is in fact brand new and in original packaging, buyer will be refunded minus any shipping costs or any other associated fees. Special ordered parts and helmets CANNOT be returned. If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. Defective parts, including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. Otherwise, we do not accept returns on used or installed parts. We DO NOT reimburse for any labor fees or down time associated with the products we sell, whether it be due to warranty, purchasing or shipping errors. If you have a return that fits the above criteria it must be no more than thirty days from purchase date. Please call us for a return authorization number (RMA).
